SUPPORT PAGE

In times of sadness and particularly at a time of bereavement, our lives may be turned upside down, we find it hard to focus on anything, but are required to notify people of the death, cancel any pensions or benefits, sort out mortgages and insurance as well as trying to deal with our own grief. It’s not surprising then that we find ourselves in need of some support.

This may come from family and friends, but sometimes we need a little bit of expert help, so I have listed just a few support groups, who may be of help to you during this time of disorientation
